Who handles your inquiry
SOBUGRO, S.R.L., the entity promoting the IndexaX initiative in the Dominican Republic, handles inquiries received through this website. Contact: info@indexax.com.
What we collect and why
The form requests your name, email address and an optional message. It also records the selected language, submission date and the version of the privacy information you accepted. We use these details to respond to your educational inquiry and follow up on that conversation. Please do not include identity documents, payment information or other sensitive details.
Your choice
Submitting the form requires your authorization to use the details to respond. It does not subscribe you to marketing campaigns or commit you to membership. You can also write directly to info@indexax.com.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website’s database, on Cloudflare infrastructure provided through Sites. They are not published on the website. Access is limited to those managing inquiries for SOBUGRO. Hosting providers process data to operate the service.
Retention and requests
We retain details to handle the inquiry and its follow-up. You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw authorization for further contact, by writing to info@indexax.com. The contact database removes records older than twelve months when processing new submissions. If you become a member, the applicable documentation will explain any separate processing needed for that relationship.
Optional analytics
The website offers a separate choice for Google Analytics cookies. You can reject statistics and still use the contact form. You can change this choice through “Analytics preferences”. Contact-form contents are not sent to Google Analytics.
